Canon’s Newest Addition, The 600D Digital Camera
Canon’s latest addition will sit on top entry-level Canon EOS line-up, above the EOS 550D and EOS 1100D new, “also announced today.
The Canon 600D uses the same 18-megapixel APS-C CMOS sensor as the EOS 7D professionals as well as DIGIC 4 processor. It offers extensive ISO range of 100 to 12 800, can shoot images at 3.7fps and auto-focus system of nine points.
Also on loan from a more advanced digital camera 7D, 600D uses the same iFCL measurement system, including 63 dual-layer-zone metering sensor is “to help you make sure you are properly exposed shot, even in difficult lighting conditions,” says Canon.
600D is equipped with a screen, three-inch ClearView variable-angle LCD with a resolution of 1.04 million dots.
The shooting remains a possibility Canon Full HD features for an entry-level model with 600D offers up to 1080p resolution at different frame rates – 29.97, 25 and 23 976 at full resolution and at 720p 59.94. It also has a mini HDMI output and external microphone jack.
However, the first in a series of Canon DSLR, the 600D digital zoom film includes new features that Canon claims, the sensor center plants from 3x to 10x while maintaining the quality of Full HD.
The 600D will retail from April at £ 679 / € 819 body-only, or £ 769 / € 929 with the new EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 II lens, also announced this week.
While the 600D will be sold along with its predecessor, the 550D, 500D camera will replace the now discontinued, BJP understand. Similarly, the recently announced Canon EOS 1100D replace the 1000D was launched in 2009.
1100D has a 12-megapixel sensor, the range of ISO100 to ISO6400 sensitivity and the ability to 720p high-definition video recording. The camera is designed for women 25-to-35 years, which Canon says, now “more and more entry-level digital SLR,” said a report by the amateur photographer.
